Circle of Seven
Developing Leadership Capacity Through Shared Practice
Seven leaders. Seven sessions. One shared practice for making stronger decisions together.
Circle of Seven is a facilitated leadership learning community where participants strengthen their decision-making capabilities, practice with real leadership challenges, and become trusted thinking partners for one another.
Every revisited decision costs something.
Beyond money, there is time. Trust. Attention. Productivity. Morale. Momentum. Empathy.
These costs often appear as communication challenges, project delays, stalled initiatives, culture concerns, or leadership frustration. They may also point to something more fundamental: the quality of the decisions that created them.
Organizations invest heavily in leadership development, yet leaders are rarely taught a shared, repeatable practice for making collaborative decisions.
Circle of Seven addresses that gap by developing the leadership capabilities that support strong decision-making.
What if revisited decisions were a line item in your organization’s budget?
What Is Circle of Seven?
Circle of Seven is a seven-session leadership experience for six participants and one Circle Leader.
Across seven 90-minute gatherings, participants develop the capabilities that support thoughtful decision-making and apply them to the real situations they are navigating.
Each gathering includes:
Intentional relationship development
Concise teaching connected to a leadership capability
Individual and shared reflection
Practice with a continuing organizational scenario
Structured peer coaching around a participant’s real decision
Opportunities to carry the practice into everyday leadership
The Circle is small by design. Over time, participants learn how one another thinks, build the trust required for honest inquiry, and become more useful thinking partners for one another.
Everything needed for the learning journey will be provided.
Participants who complete Circle of Seven earn the Certified HUMAN Practitioner credential, recognizing their ability to apply the HUMAN Practice to personal and organizational decisions.

Who Is Circle of Seven For?
Circle of Seven is designed for leaders who:
Hold decisions that affect other people
Want to think more clearly without always thinking alone
Value honest questions more than quick answers
Want to strengthen both leadership judgment and relationships
Are willing to participate in a confidential learning community
Can offer thoughtful attention to the decisions of other leaders
Want a practical decision-making discipline they can use beyond the Circle
Leadership title, industry, and organizational level may vary. What matters is a willingness to learn, contribute, reflect, and practice.
A Shared Practice for Leadership Decisions
Circle of Seven is grounded in Pause. Notice. Decide.
Pause
Interrupt autopilot and over analysis long enough to become present to the decision.
Notice
Engage the HUMAN senses of Honesty, Urgency, Meaningfulness, Accountability, and Nuance to explore what deserves consideration.
Decide
Move forward intentionally with what has been noticed.
The practice does not supply a correct answer. It helps leaders ask stronger questions, make more of the situation visible, and take responsibility for how they move forward.
