Examining Personal Belief Systems. The deepest, most intimate conversations we should have, and the ones we are most inclined to avoid, are with ourselves. We rely, almost exclusively, on external information to determine our thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
A simple, yet thoughtful way to check in with yourself is to ask yourself these 3 questions: 1) What do I believe? 2) Why do I believe this? 3) Does this belief still serve me?
Try this. Instead of kicking off your next conversation with "So . . . what do you do?" Try this:
